Sports Leaders

We are very proud of our Year 5 sports leaders who play an important part in leading and promoting sport and PE across our school. 

Our sports leaders this year are: Aliya, Dominik, Elvina, Lockie and Lorraine.

"To be a good sports leader you have to be enthusiastic, patient and encouraging." Aliya

After successfully completing the application process, demonstrating why they would be effective sports leaders, Aliya, Dominik, Elvina, Lockie and Lorraine have been involved in organising lunchtime sporting activities and supporting Key Stage One PE lessons, alongside Mr Lopes, our sports coach. 

"I would say, "Look, everyone is kind here and will not laugh at you if you lose, so join in the fun!" Elvina

If players were arguing about a rule "... I would separate them for a bit to take a deep breath..." Lockie

"I am good at multiple sports and really good at helping others..." Lorraine
