Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week (18th- 24th May)

The theme is kindness!

Each day - can you show an act of kindness towards someone at home and also to yourself?

At the end of each day, can you sit down with your family and share 3 things that you are grateful for? Showing gratitude can really make you think of all the positives in your life. 

If you do feel a little worried, check out the story on our Wellbeing page. Have a go at the suggested activity. 
Remember you could choose something to focus on and then spend some time inhaling and exhaling deeply with your hand placed on your tummy. This should make you feel calm. You could try playing some relaxing music or put on your favourite tunes and dance around your home. 

Remember to share with an adult if you are worried. Talking through things can instantly make you feel better. It is completely normal to feel a full range of emotions.
