Connecting with other people
Speak with other people to see how they are, share something new you have learnt from school work. You could even write letters, draw pictures or send photos. Using facetime or whatsapp calls are very useful for keeping in contact and keeping safe
Looking in the Environment
On your daily exercise walk look at the environment around you. Identify trees, birds etc. Look at the clouds and the pattern and shapes and draw pictures of the things you can see.
Grow some plants, flowers or friend and veg in your gardens, balconies or even in the house. Plant and document what is happening to them.
Ask how people how they are feeling or even do a doodle yourself. Heres a couple already done by some children.

This is a nice activity that can help your children think about positive and happy memories, and draw or write about things they are looking forward to doing in the future.
