Coppetts Wood January 2021 School Closure
The government has announced that primary schools within high covid-19 infection rate areas will remain closed after the Christmas break in order to help contain the community transmission of the virus.
Barnet currently has very high infection rates and, therefore, Coppetts Wood Primary School will remain closed to the majority of pupils and remote learning will take place instead.
From Tuesday 5th January, the school will be open only for Nursery and children who attend the Additional Resource Provision (ARP) classes along with those defined as vulnerable and, numbers dependent, children of critical workers in all other year groups (Reception to Year 6).
These local measures will be kept under review by the government and will be reviewed again by the 18th of January 2021.
