Week 3 Hello
10 Easter eggs amongst its pages. Well done to Tegan who took part in the ‘virtual’ Easter Egg Hunt, and found all 10 Easter eggs! An eggcellent achievement, Tegan - what a cracking job!
It has been an absolute joy and a pleasure to hear all about your Easter activities. Thank you for keeping in contact.
Archie had lots of fun learning over the holidays ranging from reading to dancing.
a metal detector in his garden, and the second an Easter egg hunt.
Tegan perfected her baking skills, and made Easter doughnuts which looked truly scrumptious! What a wonderful treat for her family!
Erina drew a beautiful Easter picture, wishing everyone a very happy Easter. She was also busy in the kitchen, baking tasty chocolate chip cookies with the help of a food processor to mix the ingredients.
Levente had a fantastic Easter break, and achieved so much. He baked delicious Easter Egg Nest cakes, and decorated Easter eggs using traditional Hungarian methods. He took lots of time and care to use melted wax and food colouring to create stunning red Easter eggs. Levente also drew a wonderful volcano for the science challenge, and had some very exciting news! Levente’s tooth fell out, and he’s hoping the tooth fairy will be very generous!
Lena was also very busy completing TWO whole school challenges – well done, Lena! Lena designed a beautiful Earth poster and painted a stunning volcano picture.
And finally, a HUGE congratulations to all of you in Phoenix class for beating Year 4 Robin Hood class in the battle of the bands on TTRockstars. You did brilliantly! The final score: Phoenix 9,357 points vs Robin Hood 4,023 points!
